The legal age is 19 in:

• British Columbia
• Manitoba
• New Brunswick
• Newfoundland and Labrador
• Northwest Territories
• Nova Scotia
• Nunavut
• Ontario
• Prince Edward Island
• Saskatchewan
• Yukon

The legal age is 21 in:

• Quebec

However, cannabis can only be sold legally through

• government-run online or retail sites, or
• provincially licensed private retail stores or online sites.
